Thousands of local people have been choosing Activ Physiotherapy for their physiotherapy since we opened in June 2007 in Totley, Sheffield.

In 2012, Activ joined forces with two other popular, successful Sheffield physiotherapy practices in Hope, Derbyshire and Bradway, Sheffield.

This meant we could provide more flexible, diverse, affordable and specialised services to both clients and our local communities in South Sheffield and Derbyshire.

By the time we reached 2016, repeat visits and recommendations meant we needed more space. Both the Totley and Hope clinics moved to new, larger premises with more treatment rooms, more flexible hours and gym rehabilitation at Totley.

In 2019, we decided to close the Bradway clinic to provide even more hours and flexibility at our Sheffield base in Totley.

Today, all this experience means you’ll find our physiotherapists have many years of expertise between them. They are all chartered, state-registered physiotherapists and are members of the Health and Care Professions Council.
