Our NEW Cliniko System means you will soon have the option to book your appointment online

Big News! At Activ we always aim to make things easier and more efficient for our patients and staff. We are aware that people lead busy lives and anything that can streamline your experience of booking and paying for your next appointment will be highly beneficial.

So, you will notice over the next few weeks that we'll be using a new booking system. 'Cliniko' is a secure booking system that we'll be moving to. Initially, it will just hold our appointment diaries and deal with appointment reminders, invoices and receipts. But soon, we'll be offering online bookings–and then online payments. So, if you wish to book yourself in, rearrange or cancel an appointment (and even pay part or all of your appointment fee before you arrive) these options will be available to you online via our website. 

And, for our team, this system will be more user-friendly and adaptable. Plus, we'll be eventually moving to digital notes which saves us from writing and stories mountains of paperwork! Please   be patient with our admin staff during this system transition.
