It’s Official - Sujay’s a Keeper!

We are all thrilled to hear the news that Mumbai-born Sujay has  been granted his UK work visa allowing him to live and work in this country as a full-time Activ physiotherapist. There is a real sense of excitement that Sujay's three year sponsorship by Activ Hope clinic's director George has been finalised. 

Despite facing injury, after months of preparation, Debbie completing the Chicago Marathon in three hours, 38 minutes and 33 seconds on Sunday 8th October - an amazing achievement!

George said: 'When Sujay applied for a position with our Activ Hope branch in February, he was a candidate who stood out right from the initial application. Once he started working with us, he fitted in well with both team members and patients. We knew he was a keeper! 

'Acquiring sponsorship has been an extremely involved process but we are so pleased that we'll have Sujay (with his lovely smile) working with us at both Hope and Totley for the next three years.'  

Sujay said: 'I've been working for Activ for almost nine months and the staff and patients have been absolutely fantastic and accommodating. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Georgina Hollinrake for my sponsorship which is a good opportunity to work with the lovely Activ patients for a few more years to come.

'I would also like to thank administrator Zara Harrowing for going above and beyond to get my sponsorship successfully sorted. I personally know how tricky it was navigating through the legal documents.'
